Trellyfaint, Nevern

Sale Price: £0.00 Original Price: £625.00

This was the first farm my grandfather bought in Pembrokeshire in the 1950’s. The farm is still owned by my cousin and I have many childhood memories of staying there. Trellyfaint is Welsh for Toad Hall and is one of the oldest named farms in the north of the county. It is quite high up and overlooks Carningli, just visible to the left of the house. I decided to paint it with as dark a background as I could, to emphasise the whiteness of the walls and the chimney fawr.
