Delivery

I endeavour to post both Originals and Prints within a day or so of receiving the order. UK delivery will usually take 3 working days from the time I post it. I generally use Royal Mail and Parcelforce as my preferred carrier, as they offer comprehensive insurance.

I try to have most of my Prints in stock, but sometimes I maybe awaiting delivery. If a Print is currently out of stock, I will contact you to let you know the wait time. Once the Print is SOLD OUT, I’m afraid that is the end of the Edition and no more Prints are available of that particular picture.

Glass

Please note that I cannot send glass through the post. I am not able to insure a Painting with glass. If you would like your Painting posted to you, the glass is removed from the frame before packing. I will send instructions for you to be able to reglaze the Painting yourself. It is a relatively straightforward operation and most customers have managed to pop the glass into the frame themselves without too much difficulty.

However if the Painting is very large or you are not confident in handling glass, you can take the Painting to a Framer, who will be able to do it for you.

Posting

Original Paintings and Prints are carefully wrapped and posted flat.

All the Paintings and Prints will be posted to you free of charge in theUK. Postage is approximately equivalent to the price of the glass, so please note that all my work does need to be reglazed before it is displayed, unless otherwise stated, and it is up to the purchaser to buy the glass.
